TRRT is working with partner organisations, funding bodies and local communities to develop three new river restoration projects across the Thames region.

TRRT funded a study of the area around Copse Lock (SU417671) near Marsh Benham, Newbury, Berkshire

TRRT worked with other organisations to produce the first London Rivers Action Plan.

TRRT supports a number of activities and projects to help improve the River Kennet. We support the work of the Kennet Chalkstream Restoration Project. We also support Action for the River Kennet and their projects. We are working with these organisations and others to ensure the implementation of the actions required for the River Kennet in the EA's Thames River Basin Management Plan under the EU Water Framework Directive.
